We successfully completed an overnight AWS infrastructure migration for our application.
Following the migration, we identified a small number of minor issues. These are not impacting normal application operations, and the system remains fully available.
Our team is actively monitoring the environment and will continue to do so overnight, with a full review planned for tomorrow. We’ll provide updates if anything changes.

iSalus will be migrating our systems to a new data center powered by Amazon Web Services (AWS) as part of an infrastructure enhancement.
During this maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent service interruptions.
Action Required (Important)-Customers who currently whitelist iSalus IP addresses must update their firewall or network settings by January 30, 2026 to avoid service disruption. If you do not whitelist IP addresses, no action is required. If you are unsure, please contact your IT team to confirm. Customers with multiple locations must update settings at each location.
Failure to update whitelisted IPs before the maintenance window may result in loss of access starting this weekend.
